Scheduling Process
At Clean Choice Solutions, we make scheduling your cleaning service easy and convenient. Once your Client Profile and Checklist have been completed, simply contact us with your preferred date and time, and we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your schedule. Our team of professional cleaners will arrive during scheduled time-frame, for the discussed time-line to provide top-quality service.

How can I schedule a clean?
You can easily schedule a cleaning by contacting us via email, text message or phone call.
Do you clean on weekends?
We are open Sundays for 4 hours every week. We do our best to accommodate weekend scheduling requests.
Can I customize my clean?
Yes, our Client Care Checklist is designed for exactly that. To customize the clean to meet the requirements of each client.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, our clients are not required to supply cleaning supplies. However, if there is specific equipment or product that you would like used, we'd be more than happy to accommodate.
Who will clean my house?
Our team sizes can fluctuate at times. Most often, we operate individually or in a team of 2. Occasionally we might work in a team of 3.
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer, cheques and cash. Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We strive to maintain a long-term relationship with our clients, and we understand that sometimes circumstances can be out of your control. We just ask that you be respectful of our time, as we will be of yours. If a cancellation problem becomes an issue, fees may apply.
